My passion is working with trauma survivors to help them heal and break the trans-generational cycles in their lives. I enjoy working with Bipoc, queer, adoptees, and neuro-divergent individuals. My specialities are racial trauma, trauma, identity (sexual, personal, and cultural), sex therapy, relationships, adoptees, creatives, highly sensitive people, and life transitions. I want to help you communicate more effectively, become more vulnerable, gain a better understanding of who you are, increase your self compassion, let go of fear, decrease your anxiety, and embrace your strength and power.

What To Expect from Therapy with me
My approach-Our first session
I take a holistic strength based relational approach with my client's. I will do an intake and ask you questions about your life now and before seeking treatment. We will go over the price of each session, agree to a price, and the frequency of sessions. Then we will begin therapy.
Treatment-
After starting therapy, I will give you an attachment quiz so that I can know your attachment style and how you attach to others. I will give you homework to do in between sessions based on what is brought up in the session and your needs. In between the sessions you may contact me as needed.
I will help you challenge your negative self talk, improve your self esteem, learn better ways to communicate, break patterns that no longer serve you and accept and embrace yourself.
Honesty and a true connection will produce results in our sessions together. Although this process is not easy it is most definitely worth it. Are you ready to communicate more effectively? Do you want to process and understand your feelings? Are you ready to be challenged? Do you want to let go of guilt and shame? Then I may be the therapist for you.
